Anshika Nath, M.A.

Anshika is a counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She has a particular passion for working with kids and teens, as well as individuals on the Autism Spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her clinical interests include play therapy, identity development, and fostering emotional growth through creative and collaborative approaches.

Anshika’s therapeutic style is person-centered and holistic, with a focus on creating a culturally competent, nonjudgmental, and safe environment where clients can be their authentic selves. She believes that change begins within the client, and she views her role as walking alongside them as a guiding light on their journey. Her approach combines talk therapy with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and she isn’t afraid to ask thoughtful, challenging questions that help clients deepen their insight and self-awareness.

Clients often describe Anshika as genuine, warm, and dependable—someone who shows up fully and with intention in the therapeutic space. She strives to make each session a supportive and empowering experience tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Anshika earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).
